We aim to make the complex task of residential demolition an easy and straight forward undertaking for you. Prior to demolition we will undertake:

• Establishment and all Insurances
• Asbestos survey- see Asbestos section of our site
• Asbestos remediation if required
• Disconnection of all services
• Development of a Site Specific Safety Management Plan to meet Health & Safety Regulations
• Development of Job Risk Analysis to comply with all Legislations
• Communicate with Council and neighbours when and if required 
• Disconnect all services
• Provide a Traffic Management Plan if required

NOTE: We are able to organise all compliance requirements with local authorities when and if required.
